Spot On Tutorial

Ooh I ache this morning. I had a night on the camp bed in Zac's room last night as he wasn't feeling well. Glad I made this card at the weekend!

The photo is a little dull as it's still well and no lovely bright day light again! I've used products from the March Frenzy offer again on this card. Items from the promotion are:
  • A4 Shimmery White Card Stock - reducded by 30% to £5.25
  • Cheer and Wishes Stamp Set - reduced by 30% to £11.87
  • Spot On  Stampin Around Jumbo Wheel - reduced by 20% to £6.80
I've also used Versamark ink, white embossing powder, heat gun, brayer and Daffodil Delight, Tangerine Tango and Melom Mambo inks.

It's quite a simple card to make and you could use this method to make such a huge variety of projects too.

I started off using Shimmery White card for my base, it's lovely and so sturdy too. Using Versamrk ink I stamped the Spot on Wheel, then sprinkled on some white embossing powder and heat setting. Next job is to use post it notes or scrap paper to mask off all the white areas of card. Then brayer over starting with the lightest colour ending up with Melon Mambo.

If you receive my monthly newsletter you will get a tutorial on how to do this. I'm being hollered to go and build a space ship now, not sure if this means out of mega blox or if  have to get out the glue, some empty boxes and tin foil!
