Less is More

Another fabulous challenge this week by Chrissie and Mandi over at Less is More. This weeks genius theme is 'off the page'. I had this idea in my head straight away, so still in my PJs I dashed upstairs to make it!

























I've used the level two hostess set Longfellows and stamped in Basic Black ink on to white shimmer card. I masked off half the image and the sentiment each time. Whilst the ink was still slightly wet I dragged in the ink with a blender pen and added a little Melon Mambo for colour to match my sentiment which is from Basic Phrases.

The plan here is it's supposed to look like the cat is meeting himself coming round the back of the card!
















I must check out the link the ladies have added on to their challenge blog o how to take good photos as I struggle terribly with white cards. Good thing about this challenge - lots of tips and advice to help you on your way! Hope you can join in too.
