All Aboard the Jelly Train

Boo-hiss who stole the sunshine? Being as it feels a bit chilly this morning I did a spot of crafting whilst the boys watched MegaMind (again!). I made this card a while back when I went to Jules' training:

I loved it and found a tutorial HERE to make a matching train using the Top Note die:

Isn't it fun? It uses the Top Note die and Perfect Polka Dots embossing folder along with Fox and Friends stamps set. So why have I called it the jelly train?

Because each carriage is supplying a mini treat bag filled with blue jelly beans that's why! you can see here I've used the decorative label punch for the doors and a variety of circle punches for the wheels. Want to see the train and card together?

Back tomorrow

  2. Fantastic project and lovely idea Victoria and thanks for the link. It would go down a treat at a youngsters party as you could break the train up as party bags... mmmm don't think my two aged 21 & 19 would appreciate it though...lol
