Stampin' Up! Twitterpated Recipe Index Card Box Tutorial

I've been having a play with some goodies from the new Summer Mini Catalogue again. I am so lucky to have most of the products used on this project for FREE from Stampin' Up! - if you'd like to know more about becoming a Stampin' Up! demonstrator yourself and earning freebies too, just give me a shout!

So nothing like freebies to put a smile on Jelly's face, especially with a name like Twitterpated. I couldn't resist using them to make another of my Recipe Index Card Boxes:

I've used the Twitterpated Designer Papers teamed up with Blushing Bride, Whisper White and Riding Hood Red card. My favourite thing about this box is the flip top lid:

The inside is decorated to match with four divider cards too. The decoration on the front is so pretty and simple to make too:

First I die cut a piece of Red Riding Hood Card using the new Framelits Dies (you get 6 dies in the set for just £24.95) then stamped the image from Apothecary Art in Riding Hood Red ink on Whisper White card. I actually cut around this one to get a closer frame. The flowers have been coloured with matching Markers with a strip of the very gorgeous Pleated Satin Ribbon added through the middle and a cute 'lil Twitterpated button too. Finally, I stamped the flowers from Bordering on Romance in Basic Gray and coloured firstly with Markers and then over the top with an Aqua Brush and Basic Gray ink.

If you want to have a got at one of these Recipe Index Card Boxes yourself, the tutorial is now available in my right hand side bar.

Hugs
