Are you enjoying seeing my creations using some of the new products from Stampin' Up! Hope so!
One of Blake's teachers asked me before the end of term if I'd make some cards for her daughter to give to her teachers. Would have been rude not to. The first two are for her teacher and head teacher. I cased these from the new Stampin' Up! catalogue.
They feature the set Simply Stars, the hostess set Banner Greetings and ABC - 123 Sketched Alphabet and Numbers. Have to admit the 'teacher' sentiment is from a retired set - but one I will hang on to!
Love this new colour Coastal Cabana teamed with Bermuda Bay, Soft Sky, Strawberry Crush and Baked Brown Sugar. I've made use of one the Candy Dots on the star.
Here's a close up of one of the Banner Greetings:
The next two cards are also a catalogue case using the same colours and stamps again. This time the sentiment used is from Lots of Thanks. I've added faux stitching in Baked Brown Sugar using the Piercing Tool, Essential Piercing Pack and a Marker.
The final set of three cards. Again I've used the same colour combination and card style but replaced the stars with the Elegant Butterfly punched shapes and another sentiment from Lots of Thanks.
Today the rain spoilt outdoor play plans so instead we decided to sort through some toys. Blake keeps asking us for a Lego train set - I pointed out he already has lots of it and today proved a point by piecing it all together. He seemed happy with the results!
Have fun
Hugs

Thank you for posting Victoria. I love 'googling' my stamp sets and seeing what is out there. I am making my son his 13th birthday card and am inspired by your cards.
